Our Exceptional Team

Ron is a North Carolina native who moved home to the Cashiers area in 1995 with his wife and young daughters. After working as a local educator for 18 years, he decided to utilize his talents in the real estate field, earning his NC license in 2007, and has thrived throughout this change in his career. Ron is an active member of his community, having served on the Highlands-Cashiers Board of Realtors as Treasurer and President and on its Scholarship Committee for several years. He has volunteered extensively in the local school system. Currently, he is a member of two NC nonprofit boards, serving children and the elderly. Ron attended Warner Southern University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in education, and graduate school at the University of South Florida. Ron specializes in Lake Glenville lakefront, lake and mountain view, and resort-style properties, including the secondary homebuyer’s market, having worked with hundreds of clients in the area. He is passionate about life in western North Carolina, and this passion shines through in his dealings with his clients.

Tonya began her real estate career early in life, having earned her Florida license in 1984, to assist in running her family’s development, construction and real estate corporations. In late 1995, Tonya and her husband relocated their young family to the mountains of western NC, a place that was near and dear to their hearts, and one that held strong roots for them. Tonya has been an active member of her community, serving on local boards, volunteering at schools and non-profits, participating in fundraisers, and directing non-profit organizations for several years. She was a summa cum laude graduate from Western Carolina University, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Tonya has been a NC Realtor since 2009 and joined the Landmark team in 2019. Her love for this special community shines through as she closely guides her clients through the process of either buying or selling.
