A Little Piece of Paradise! Vacation cabin located in the perfect spot to watch the Fall leaf colors or the beautiful sunsets as the sun sinking behind the Southern Appalachian Mountain ridges. You can enjoy your morning coffee as you take in the long-range views while rocking on your front porch deck. This mountain cabin is located in Macon County, North Carolina near the town of Franklin . It is approx. an hour west of Asheville. This one bedroom one bath cabin has an additional bonus room. It is equipped with all appliances, furniture, dishes silverware, washer/dryer, king size bed with linens, and is wired for cable/fiber optic and Internet. Within the past two years updates include new metal roof, complete exterior staining of the cedar exterior walls, complete repainted interior, new toilet, new faucets and stainless kitchen sink. In September 2024, a new 2 ton air conditioner system was installed. Did we mention the 42-inch Samsung flat screen TV? Oh yes don't forget the espresso machine. There is also a utility shed where you can keep all your misc items. There is a monthly fee of $125 that covers water, sewer, garbage and lawn mowing.
